Data Deletion Requests

If you wish to delete your personal data associated with N5BdStu, please read the following based on where your data is stored or processed:

1. Google (Firebase, Google Play Billing, AdMob)

Some of your data, such as your Google account details and purchase history, may be managed by Google services integrated with our app. To request data deletion or manage your privacy settings:

We do not have access to delete data stored within Google systems directly, but you can manage or remove your data through the above links.

2. Facebook Audience Network

If you’ve interacted with ads shown through Facebook Audience Network in our app, Facebook may collect data. To manage or delete your data:

We do not control data collected by Facebook, but you can request removal or adjust preferences via your Facebook account.

3. Unity Ads

You have two ways to delete or opt-out of data collected by Unity Ads:

  1. Via the Unity Ads privacy icon
    • Whenever a Unity ad appears, tap the small “ⓘ” (privacy) icon in the corner of the ad banner or interstitial.
    • You’ll be guided through options to opt-out of personalized ads or request deletion of your ad-related data. Unity
  2. By contacting Unity’s Data Protection Officer
    • Email dpo@unity3d.com with the subject “Unity Ads Data Deletion Request”.
    • In your message, please include:
      • Your Advertising Identifier (IDFA or AAID)
      • The date of your request
      • A brief statement asking for deletion of all personal data collected via Unity Ads

4. Start.io

We utilize Start.io (formerly StartApp) for mobile advertising and data analytics. Start.io collects data such as your mobile advertising ID to serve personalized ads.

To request the deletion of your data from Start.io:

  1. Send an email to privacy@start.io or dpo@start.io.
  2. Include your mobile advertising ID (ADID) in the request. You can find your ADID by following these instructions:
    • For Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Your advertising ID.
    • For iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Your advertising ID.
  3. Specify that you wish to exercise your “Right to Erasure” under applicable data protection laws.

Upon receiving your request, Start.io will anonymize or delete your data as required. For more information, refer to Start.io’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data Collected by Our App (via Firebase Authentication)

If you signed in to N5BdStu using Google Sign-In and wish to have your account and data deleted from our systems (Firebase Authentication and app database):

Please send a data deletion request to:

Include your registered email address and mention that you wish to delete your data from N5BdStu.

We will process your request within 7 working days and confirm once your data has been removed.
