Data Deletion Requests

If you have used the N5BdStu app and wish to delete your account and any personal data we may have stored, please follow the instructions below.

🔐 What Data Is Collected

When you sign in to the app using Google Sign-In via Firebase, we may collect and store the following information:

  • Your Google email address
  • Your name and profile picture (if shared)
  • Your app usage data (e.g., quiz history, favorites)
  • Purchase status from Google Play (we do not store payment info)

We do not collect passwords, phone numbers, or sensitive personal data. All purchases and billing details are managed securely through Google Play Billing.

🗑️ How to Request Data Deletion

If you want your account and associated data deleted from N5BdStu, send us an email using the format below:

Email Body Example:

Hello,

I would [like to delete] my account [and all] personal data associated with the N5BdStu app.

My registered Google email address is: [your email]

Thank you.

We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data from our Firebase system within 7 working days.

🛡️ Data Controlled by Third Parties

Google (Firebase, Play Billing, AdMob)

Some data is handled by Google services. You can manage or delete this data directly through your Google account:

Facebook Audience Network

If you interacted with ads shown through Facebook Audience Network, Facebook may collect data. Manage your preferences here:

Unity Ads

You can delete or opt-out of data collected by Unity Ads in two ways:

  1. Via the privacy icon on any Unity ad ℹ️
    Tap the small “ⓘ” icon on the ad. Follow the on-screen instructions to opt-out of personalized ads or request deletion of your ad data.
  2. By emailing Unity’s Data Protection Officer ✉️
    • Email: dpo@unity3d.com
    • Subject line: “Unity Ads Data Deletion Request”
    • Include in your message:
      • Your Advertising Identifier (IDFA or AAID)
      • The date of your request
      • A brief statement asking for deletion of your Unity Ads data
      Unity will process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Start.io

Start.io is a mobile marketing and audience platform that may collect certain data through our application. To request the deletion of your data from Start.io, follow these steps:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to privacy@start.io or dpo@start.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In your email, include:
    • Your device’s Advertising ID (ADID)
    • A statement requesting the deletion of your personal data
  2. Verification: Start.io may contact you to verify your identity within 14 days of receiving your request.
  3. Processing: Upon verification, Start.io will process your request within 15 days. They will either delete your personal data or anonymize it by removing your ADID, ensuring you cannot be personally identified.

❗ Important Notes

  • Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • Deletion applies only to data stored by us, not data held by Google or Facebook.
  • If you reinstall the app and sign in again, a new account will be created.
